Coffee worth
gathering for.

My dad has been making coffee for more than fifteen years. I grew up beside him — learning the grind, the timing, the weight of a good shot — and somewhere along the way it stopped being his craft and became ours.

Today we work every event together. He pulls the espresso, I build the drinks, and nothing leaves the bar unless we would happily drink it ourselves.

The equipment is top of the line and the details are not negotiable: a La Marzocco espresso machine, professional grinders, ceremonial-grade matcha and syrups made in our own kitchen. We take a limited number of events so both of us are always there, start to finish.

The name of the cart comes from our family dog, Java. He was our chocolate lab, and he was there for so much of our coffee life. Naming the bar after him was never a question.
